Missing the Temple and Other Things....

One of the things I miss about living in Idaho Falls is the Temple. It was so close! I miss that! It is such a beautiful temple. The greenbelt that surrounds it and the falls make it so breathtaking!

It was so exciting to go roller blading around the greenbelt again, and feed the ducks with the kids. They had so much fun. Grandma is so fun! She is so active with the kids and is always willing to take them fun places. She roller bladed with me while we pushed strollers! I haven't "bladed" for so long. I am sure I provided lots of comic relief to fellow Green Belt walkers. Since I was all over the place with my arms flailing in every direction, trying not to loose my balance!

Here is a couple pictures of my cute mom......

It was the perfect FHE! I sure miss my cute nieces and nephews! Here are some of my favorites from our excursion....

That was such a pretty day you were there!!! I love all the pictures you took and with the temple in the background. Rollerblading in the absolute best! I wish I still had mine! It was sooo fun to see you. Hopefully next time you will be "with child" and I will be skinny. :(

Oh my goodness, I am so jealous, we could see the tip of the temple outside of our living room window! (Along with the budweiser plant and corona plant! Cody and Logan called them our 3 temples!) We are leaving to Idaho in 15 days! I am so excited so see some mountains!

Well, you just got me excited to be in Idaho Falls! I'm having a hard time with the idea of leaving Omaha but anywhere you go is perfect as long as you have you're family. Thanks for the reminder, looks like you guys had a lot of fun!

That picture of your Mom with all the grandkids is so cute! It is the same in my family--everyone wants Grandma. If only we could clone her....

There isn't much I miss about Idaho Falls, but the Greenbelt and temple is definitely one of them. I LOVE walking/blading/biking... whatever around there and can't wait to see it again this summer. Great pictures too!

HOw fun! I haven't bladed in forever! That is so great that your mom is so active. I love watching my mom and mom in law with my kids- it just makes me feel whole. I hope that you had, or are still having a great time and break.
