It has been so nice here this whole week. Nice enough for capri's and shorts! Friday was 67 degrees and yesterday was just as warm. Since Beau has been "On-call" for the last two and a half weeks, the kids haven't got to do much. So it was a perfect day for me to take a drive up the mountain, and then let the kids play at the park!
They had so much fun! Caleb and Savanah have almost mastered the monkey bars! They didn't give up the whole time and kept trying. Kennedy is so big now. She climbs all over the playground and is completely fearless! It was so nice to just be outside and enjoy the park.
We also drove up to our "favorite spot." It is just up the canyon a little ways and the kids love to climb the trees and hike. We had a Mcdonalds Happy Meal picnic. (It has been awhile since I bought them a happy meal, but since we took them to see Spiderwick Chronicles they wanted the eye patch to see the goblins and the Brownies. And they have kept themselves busy with those spy glasses!)
I am keeping my fingers crossed for even warmer weather!

It was 68 degrees here today too! I know we'll have more winter before it warms up for good but it was so nice to get out and let Jack run around!
You're kids are so darn cute Bonnie. Did you put them all in red shirts on purpose? :) Oh yeah, I got your message. I think you're wonderful, don't even worry about it. Sometimes it' just good to say something.
oh i am super jealous!!! i want the warm weather too! it was good friday, and then saturday we got more snow...and it was cold! oh well... it has to warm up sooner or later... right?

Such cute pictures, you do a good job, Bonnie. The canyon park is one of our favorites too. We can't wait for constant outside time!

I loved the weather too, until it SNOWED Saturday night. You just can't predict things this time of year. I have the kids coats and jackets out.
A "Spanking"...did Kris say "spanking?" kinda freaky Kris. Cute pictures it's been nice here, but not even close to that nice.
