The sweetest things in life, aren't things......

GIRLS will be GIRLS

Savanah is such a good older sister. To her brother and younger sister. Savanah got some play makeup from santa for Christmas and Kennedy, of course, wants to be like Savanah. Dress like her, do whatever she is doing, and she always wants the same things Savanah has. Luckily, Savanah is so kind hearted and loves to share. I saw them playing "make-up/ dress up" and couldn't resist getting some cute shots of them!

Applying eye shadow

Decisions...what to choose next!
More eyeshadow

Blending the lip gloss

And smiles for the camera!

I love these tender little moments. Watching all my children interact and play well with each other. Something about it makes my heart swell with gratitude. Don't get me wrong, they fight like any other sibling, but it is the moments that they share, play kindly, and help each other that make me LOVE being a mother even that much more!!

I love the picture of Sav, concentrating so hard to put on the makeup. They really are such good kids Bon. I miss them so much.

I can remember playing dress up when I was that little. Where does the time go?

How cute is that!? I used to do that to Julisa, but our makeup was plastic and oh how I wished it was real!

That is so cute! It does make being a mom all worth it for those few moments everyone is getting along and playing so well together!

I have to agree. My kids were sitting on the couch this morning reading a book together and getting along so well (which is rare), but it made me feel so proud of them.

Your girls are definitely adorable. Savannah definitely seems like the sharing type.

Ooh, GOODY! I love these pictures, Bon. Savanah looks so intent on what she's doing when she's applying eye shadow. (But I hope she hides her makeup set so Kennedy doesn't eat it!)

These pictures really are sweet. Doncha just love those moments when your kids are loving each other? One of my favorite children's books goes along with this post--it's called "Morris' Disappearing Bag" by Rosemary Wells. you should try to find it at the D.I., Boogs.

That is so sweet. I also love those moments. I'm Kelsey's teacher in primary. I came in late from changing a diaper yesterday & she wasn't with our class. I was a little worried & started looking around. She was sitting with her arm around Brynlee in Sunbeams. You're lucky you had your camera & caught that sweet moment! I wish I could have.

Now I really hope that someday we have another baby and it is a girl so that Caitlyn can have a little sister to dress up with... and not scar her brother for life! ;)
Too cute.

Have you decided on a boy name yet? I bet your kids are all very excited. That is fun... I hope that you are feeling well. Good luck!

Your girls are so pretty! I love how little girls love makeup so much. Now I dread putting it on, I need to think like the little ones and enjoy it instead of dread it. Hannah insists that lip gloss goes all over your face, it is so nasty, but cute at the same time. Girls are so fun!!
