So while I was home my sweet sister Hanna made me some crafts we could do while I was there. Unfortunately, there was no time to do them. So I brought them home and painted, sanded, and added things to them. I just had to paint the picture frame and sand it down. It stands beautifully but I have no room for that big of a frame to stand so I added a backer and ribbon and turned it into a wall frame!
I have had the idea for a while to do a Sepia picture of my kiddos feet. The frame was perfect for that idea!! I added the words "Lead me, Guide Me, Walk Beside Me" under their toes, on the picture.
The other craft she made me was a ladder, my sister Alison designed. Hanna was so nice to make me one and have it all assembled for me. I added some nice vintage knobs and handles and bought dollar store frames and mod-podged paper over them. (Thanks for the idea Han) I still don't have the top left picture in yet. But it will be of Beau and I. It added that extra flare my downstairs needed!
It is so nice to have such creative sisters! And I am so thankful for all of Hanna's hard work to assemble these crafts, share her creativity, and have them ready for me!! She really is the perfect Hostess! Thanks- Love and Miss ya!!

I LOVE that huge frame. Where did she get the wood? I also love the picture in it! What a cute idea.
I love the picture, Bonnie! You and your sisters never cease to amaze me.
That ladder is so cool!
Soooo cute! I love both projects, they both add a lot of character. I bet your house is just gorgeous, I wish I could see it.
Have you had a chance to look up my friends? Chase (DDS) & Teresa Williams. Maybe they're even in your stake, is there more than one stake in Cedar City? I don't even know how big it is. Anyway, love the crafts.
They look so good in your house Bonnie! I love how you made them your own, so Cute!! You have to make amberlee's recipe on our new recipe blog, It was the BEST!!!!
Those are some way cute ideas! You have a nack for decorating!!

Hi Bonnie
I saw your comment on Shauna's blog - by the way, can you come decorate my house one day? Holy cow - the whole thing looks adorable! If you e-mail me so I can get your e-mail address, I'll add you to my list of viewers: candace.snedaker@gmail.com
My older sister's in-laws had a creepy thing happen with their blog so that's why mine is private - and because I'm way paranoid.
Thanks for leaving a note on Shauna's. Your kids are adorable and it was so fun to see what you've been up to!

super super super cute ! I agree, we do have super crafty and talented sisters ( and you are one of them!)
Wow, those decorations are so cool! I am the least crafty person on earth... maybe I should hire you? :)
Of course I remember you, Bonnie! Thanks for commenting and lurking... you can visit the ol' blog any time!
Your family is adorable, by the way!

Bonnie, how big of a picture is that of the kids, it looks huge? I love the frame, and the way you put everything together on your wall. I have always been a paper crafter and do things with tiles and two part apoxy. At my house everyone knows not to leave things lying around if they dont want them "altered", but you are really making me want to play more with wood. Great ideas.
I love the picture of the kids feet. That is such a great idea and so cute! You and your sisters need to go into business or something, you have way soooo much talent.
Miss You!!!
Cute ideas Bon- I didn't know that your sisters were all as talented as you- it must run in the genes. I really like that "fat" frame- I'll have to build one with all my leftover wood. see ya Tuesday
Hey! I love YOUR new background! :) So, in like the past week, I bet I have heard Cody say at least 10 times 'I am going to have to ask Beau if he remembers that!' We got talking about Cody huffing Gas, He claims Beau and Wes taught him! You'll have to Ask Beau if he remembers that! Hope we get to see you guys this summer!
